About Allan & Vik
Allan has been a mortgage broker for over thirty years. He specializes in hard-to-place mortgages and provides other mortgage brokers with sources of private financing, both residential and commercial. Running a small independent brokerage allows Allan to avoid red tape and offer flexible solutions to his clients.
Allan’s main hobby is thoroughbred horse racing. He enjoys competing in handicapping contests and visiting racetracks throughout North America.
Vik Mann has been a mortgage broker at Rala Investments Ltd. since 2012. During his time at Rala, he has worked on and completed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd mortgages.
Vik has established key relationships with private lenders across BC over the last few years. In the tough environment of 2nd and 3rd mortgages, he’s been very successful in both commercial and residential markets. Vik worked in construction development prior to Rala; he has extensive knowledge and experience with construction-related dealings.
